研究助成システム利用規約

第1条（目的）
この利用規約（以下、「本規約」といいます。）は、公益財団法人吉田秀雄記念事業財団（以下、「当財団」といいます。）が提供する研究助成システム（以下、「本サービス」といいます。）を利用するために、本サービスの登録を申し込んだ利用者に適用されます。

第2条（本規約の適用範囲）
利用者は当サービスへの登録および利用に際して、本利用規約に同意するものとします。

第3条（ユーザーIDおよびパスワードの管理）
利用者は自己の責任において、本サービスのユーザーIDおよびパスワードを適切に管理するものとします。

利用者は、いかなる場合にも、ユーザーIDおよびパスワードを第三者に譲渡または貸与し、もしくは第三者と共用することはできません。

当財団は、ユーザーIDとパスワードの組み合わせが登録情報と一致してログインされた場合には、そのユーザーIDを登録しているユーザー自身による利用とみなします。

第4条（会員登録の内容変更）
利用者は、当財団に届け出た内容に変更が生じた場合には、速やかに当財団に所定の方法で変更の届出をするものとします。

第5条（禁止事項）
利用者は、本サービスの利用にあたり以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
（1）法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
（2）犯罪行為に関連する行為
（3）当財団、ほかの利用者またはその他第三者のサーバーまたはネットワークの機能を破壊したり、妨害したりする行為
（4）当財団の事業運営を妨害するおそれのある行為
（5）不正アクセスをし、またはこれを試みる行為
（6）情報入力の際に虚偽の内容を申請する行為
（7）他のユーザー利用者に成りすます行為
（8）その他、当財団が不適切と判断する行為

第6条（利用制限および登録抹消）
当財団は、利用者が以下のいずれかに該当する場合には、事前の通知なく、利用者に対して、本サービスの全部もしくは一部の利用を制限し、または利用者としての登録を抹消する場合があります。
（1）本規約のいずれかの条項に違反した場合
（2）当財団からの連絡に対し、一定期間返答がない場合
（3）本サービスについて、最終の利用から一定期間利用がない場合
（4）その他、当財団が本サービスの利用を適当でないと判断した場合

第7条（サービス内容の変更等）
当財団は、利用者に通知することなく、本サービスの内容を変更しまたは本サービスの提供を中止することができるものとします。

第8条（利用規約の変更）
当財団は、必要と判断した場合には、利用者に通知することなくいつでも本規約を変更することができるものとします。なお、本規約の変更後、本サービスの利用を開始した場合には、当該利用者は変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。

第9条（個人情報の取扱い）
当財団は、本サービスの利用によって取得する個人情報については、当財団「プライバシーポリシー」に従い適切に取り扱います。

第10条（通知または連絡）
利用者と当財団との間の通知または連絡は、当財団の定める方法によって行うものとします。当財団は利用者から当財団が別途定める方式に従った変更届け出がない限り、現在登録されている連絡先が有効なものとみなして当該連絡先へ通知または連絡を行い、これらは発信時に利用者へ到達したものとみなします。

第12条（準拠法・裁判管轄）
本規約の効力、適用、解釈にあたっては、日本国法を準拠法とします。
本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合には、当財団の本店所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします

The Research Grant System Terms of Service

1. Objective
The Research Grant System Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) sets forth the terms and conditions concerning the use of the Research Grant System (“Service”) offered by the Yoshida Hideo Memorial Foundation (“Foundation”) and is applicable to the registered user of the Service.

2. Application
The user shall agree in advance to the Terms in registering with and using the Service.

3. Managing User ID and Password
The user shall manage their user ID and password properly on their own responsibility.

The user is prohibited from assigning to, lending to, or sharing with a third party their user ID and password under any circumstances.

When the Service is logged in with a specific user ID and password the pairing of which is registered with the Service, it shall be deemed to be logged in personally by a user whose user ID is registered with the Service.

4. Changing Registration Details
The user shall notify the Foundation any changes to their registration details through a prescribed manner as soon as the changes take place.

5. Prohibited Matter
The user is prohibited from the following in using the Service:
（1） Violation of the law or acts that may harm the public order and decency
（2） Involvement in criminal acts
（3） Destruction or interference with the network server or network function administered by the Foundation, other users of the Service, or other parties
（4） Acts that may harm the Foundation’s operation
（5） Gaining, or trying to gain, unauthorized access to the Service
（6） Providing false information when applying for registration
（7） Impersonating as a different user
（8） Other acts that are deemed inappropriate by the Foundation

6. Restriction of Service/Deregistration
The Foundation may, without advanced notice, restrict the provision of all or part of the Service to the user, or remove the user from registration, in the following cases:
（1） The user violates any of the Term’s clauses
（2） The user does not respond to communication from the Foundation for a specific period
（3） The user has not used the Service for a specific period since the last log-in
（4） The Foundation determines it is inappropriate to let the user use the Service

7. Changing Service Details
The Foundation may change the details of the Service or suspend the provision of the Service without notifying the user.

8. Changing the Terms
The Foundation, when it deems necessary, may change the details of the Service at any time without notifying the user. When the user starts using the Service after the Terms has been revised, they are deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.

9. Handling of Personal Information
The Foundation shall handle the user’s personal information properly in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

10. Communication/Notification
Any communication and notification between the user and the Foundation shall be made in a manner prescribed by the Foundation. The Foundation shall deem that the user’s registered contact details are effective unless the user has notified the Foundation of any changes through a process prescribed by the Foundation and that any communication or notification that has been sent to that contact details has been properly delivered.

12. Governing Law and Court of Competent Jurisdiction
The effectiveness, application, and interpretation of the Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The court of a district where the headquarters of the Foundation is located shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising in connection with the Service.
