公益財団法⼈吉⽥秀雄記念事業財団（以下、当財団という）は、「個⼈情報の保護に関する法律」を遵守し、また個⼈の⼈格を尊重する⾒地から、下記の通り個⼈情報保護⽅針を定めます。

1. 当財団は、個⼈情報の保護を実践するために本規定を定め、役職員およびその他関係者に周知徹底します。

2. 当財団が取得した個⼈情報は、当財団の事業を実施する⽬的にのみ使⽤し、利⽤権限を付与された者が業務の遂⾏上必要な範囲内で使⽤します。

3. 当財団は、本⼈が⾃⼰の個⼈情報について、開⽰、訂正、利⽤停⽌、消去等の権利を有することを確認し、これらの要求に対しては適切に対応します。

4. 当財団は、取得した個⼈情報の漏えい、滅失⼜はき損等を防⽌するため、適切な安全措置を講じます。

5. 当財団は、あらかじめ本⼈の同意を得た場合を除き、正当な理由なしに個⼈情報を第三者に提供しません。

6. 当財団が業務を第三者に委託する場合、当該第三者に対し必要かつ適切な監督を⾏い、必要な措置を講じます。

7. 当財団の個⼈情報保護⽅針は、必要に応じて内容を変更することがあります。

The Yoshida Hideo Memorial Foundation (hereinafter referred to as the “Foundation”), with a view to complying with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and respecting your legal personality, establishes its privacy policy as follows:

1. The Foundation sets forth the policy to protect your personal information and ensures that its executives, employees, and other stakeholders are thoroughly informed.

2. The information obtained by the Foundation is used only for the purpose of carrying out its business in which authorized individuals utilize the information to the extent necessary to perform their operation.

3. The Foundation confirms that you have the right to demand the disclosure, correction, discontinuation, or deletion of your personal information and that it responds properly when such request is made.

4. The Foundation puts in place appropriate security measures to prevent the leak, loss, or damage of personal information it has obtained.

5. The Foundation will not provide your personal information to a third party without good reason unless an advance consent is obtained from you.

6. When the Foundation entrusts its operation to a third party, it will provide appropriate supervision and take necessary measures to protect your personal information.
